Back by popular demand - I bring to you my favourite Christmas baked good in babka form, Babkastollen!
Juicy sultanas, flaked almonds and candied citrus peel are delicately spiced and soaked in spiced rum. Along with a generous helping of marzipan, this is all rolled up in my signature babka dough. Hot out the oven, this gets doused in a spiced rum syrup and, to finish, a dusting of icing sugar for the full festive charm and authentic stollen look.
I'll pop in a small sachet of extra icing sugar for you to serve because more is more!
Contains wheat (gluten), Almonds (nuts), eggs, milk and soya. Made in a kitchen that handles other nuts and sesame.
Our babkas are baked fresh once a week and dispatched to you via APC Overnight - which should almost always arrive with you the following day although please note this is not guaranteed.
Order cut-off is Sunday 10 pm for dispatch the following week. Orders will be automatically set to the next available dispatch unless an alternative dispatch date is selected at checkout.
Best enjoyed within 14 days of dispatch.
Product can be frozen on day of receipt for up to 1 month. Thaw at room temperature overnight.
Store your babka at room temperature, once opened, store in an airtight container.
Small babkas can be comfortably shared between 3 - 4 people... but you don't have to!
Large babkas serve 6-8 depending on how generously you slice them.
