... or at least my favourite Hamatashen flavour!
MOHN a.k.a POPPY SEED
A delicious poppy seed filling rolled up into our classic babka dough, making beautiful speckled layers.This is a classic flavour loved by many cultures, if you're not familiar with poppyseed filled bakes, you must give it a try!
Contains wheat (gluten), eggs, and milk. Made in a kitchen that handles nuts and sesame.
Our babkas are baked fresh once a week and dispatched to you via Royal Mail or DPD on a Wednesday - which should almost always arrive with you the following day although please note this is not guaranteed.
Order cut-off is Sunday 10 pm for dispatch the following week. Orders are assumed to be for the upcoming week but please get in touch if you would like to order further in advance.
Best enjoyed within 5 days of dispatch.
Product can be frozen on day of receipt for up to 1 month. Defrost at room temperature overnight.
Store your babka at room temperature, covered well.
Small babkas can be comfortably shared between 3 - 4 people... but you don't have to!
Large babkas serve 6-8 depending on how generously you slice them.
